Dear Customers,
Regarding the amendment to Articles ¹ 5 and ¹ 7 of the Federal law "On prevention of legalization (laundering) of proceeds obtained via criminal activity and financing terrorism", which went into effect on on January 15th, 2008, we ask you to carefully fill out and review your Payment Invoice Document realting to the information to be given. Information on the payer - an individual - must include: First name, middle name, last name (unless otherwise derives from national law or custom), Taxpayer Identification Number (if available) or residential address (registration) or place of residence, or date and place of birth. Information on the payer - legal entity - must include: name of the organization, Taxpayer ID code or foreign organization.
In case the aforementioned information on the Payment Invoice is lacking/absent/omitted, the organization engaged in the monetary transactions, would be obliged to reject the transfer and not complete the transaction.

ITinvest joins Prosepct brokerage group
Russian Funds investment group has acquired a 50% stake in one of Russia's leading internet brokerage companies - ITinvest.
Upon wrapping up all formailities, ITinvest will rank in line with Prospect Investment Company and Prospect Investments Ukraine. That said it will focus on cultivating the group's retail brokerage. As part of the deal, the parties have agreed to lay out a lump sum investment so as to beef up the charter capital to 120 mln rubles.
Choosing ITinvest as a retail brokerage is due to the presence of its assets in one of the most advanced technological platforms of direct access to the stock market, high rates of development and a broad client base.
By the end of 2006 the number of individual customer accounts opened with ITinvest surpassed the 2000 mark, while annual market turnover approached roughly 170 billion rubles. In March 2007, the company was ranked 33rd among leading stock market operators (MICEX TOP-50).
It also was considered a major frontrunner, ranking high in transaction volume on the derivatives market FORTS, occupying 11th place.
