CEO of IC PROSPECT Maxim Kasatkin kasatkin@prsp.ru Maxim Kasatkin has over 15 years of experience working in the finance market, which has enabled him to establish the work of the team at PROSPECT Brokerage Group within the shortest possible term, as well as bring significant improvements to the quality of the comprehensive brokerage services rendered to the Company's Clients and expand the scope of financial services rendered. Before his appointment to the position of IC PROSPECT CEO, he was 1st deputy to the Chairman of KB MAK-Bank (affiliate of ZAO AK ALROSA). From 2002 to 2004 he was Deputy Chief Executive for Economy and Finance at ZAO Khanty-Mansiysk Oil Company. From December 2002 to 2005 he was Chief Executive Officer and member of the Supervisory Board at ZAO Khantymansiyskneftegaz. Before that, in 2001-2002, he was a Director at GMG Securities Limited, London (later renamed as Мetropol UK Limited). From 1999 to late 2003 he was Board Chairman in the private pension fund SOBIN. In autumn 1997 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of OAO RAMAKO MC, where he worked for almost 5 years. Before that, from 1995, he was the Head of Corporate Securities Department at AB Business Development Bank. In 1993 Maxim Kasatkin graduated cum laude from the Sociology Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). In 1997 he completed a postgraduate course at this university and was awarded a Ph.D. in economics. In 2006 he received an MBA at the MSU Graduate School of Business Administration. Maxim holds the qualification certificate of FCSM RF as manager and controller in organizations working with dealership, brokerage and securities trust management. Currently he is also a member of the Supervisory Board at ZAO Geotransgaz. |

Head of Treasury Yuri Dukin dukin@prsp.ru In 1996 Yuri graduated from Aeromechanics and Aircraft Faculty of MIPT and, in 1996, he graduated cum laude from the Academy of National Economy of the RF Government, Law and Finance Faculty. In 1995 and thereafter he worked at the MTB, RTSB and MCFB stock exchanges. He holds certificates of FCSM (FFMS) 1.0, 5.0, 7.0, and a MAP license of an exchange broker. Starting from February 2001 he has been working within the Russian Funds investment group, dealing with management of the Group's payments, budget and currency control, credit and loan servicing (calculation of interest, allocation of costs) and he is also in charge of hedging currency and interest risks. Yuri is the captain of the Russian Funds mini-football team, which plays in the RTS League. Married with three daughters. |

Head of Back Office Marina Sadovnikova sadovnikova@prsp.ru Marina is in charge of the Internal Reports and Accounting Department at INVESTMENT COMPANY PROSPECT. She holds 4 FCS certificates (1.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0). In 2004 she graduated cum laude from the Design and Technology University with a degree of MANAGER-ECONOMIST. Marina has over 10 years of experience working in the stock market and has mastered all the aspects of internal accounting of securities transactions, in her numerous roles as a member of the settlements committees at DKK and RTS. She has experience of managing a team of 15 people. 2007-2008 - ZAO MC VECTOR-CAPITAL- Head of Internal Reports and Accounting. Her key responsibilities included the reports and accounting for individual trust management clients, and accounting of the assets in PREMIER mutual fund. 2003-2005 - MC IF PROSPECT- Head of Internal Reports and Accounting. Her key responsibilities included the reports and accounting for individual trust management clients and accounting of the assets in the FIRST PROSPECT FUND open mutual fund. 2001-2003 - IC PROSPECT- Specialist of the Custody Service Department. The key responsibilities included the custody accounting of operations of a professional securities market participant. 2000-2001 AKB MDM OAO - Leading Expert of the Internal Reports and Accounting Department. The key responsibilities included the reports and accounting of internal and external currency loan bonds. 1997-2000 IC EUROFINANCE - a specialist in securities. Key responsibilities included the internal accounting of operations of a professional securities market participant. |

Head of Research Alexander Potavin potavin@iqi.ru A recognized expert in Russian securities market trading strategy. In the Research he is in charge of factor and situational analysis of Russian and international stock, commodity and currency markets. According to RBC Portal, Alexander ranks 3rd among the leading analysts in Russia dealing with securities market strategy. He started working in the securities market 12 years ago. After several years of trading with securities and bonds, Alexander joined the Research team. Having a profound knowledge of securities market mechanisms, Alexander suggests the most profitable trading ideas to the Company's Clients. In 2001 Alexander Potavin graduated from the Finance Academy of the RF Government, majoring in financial management. In 1996 Alexander obtained the A-A certificate of FCSM. |
